At Wig Mania, every order is carefully prepared and quality checked before it leaves our studio. Whether you're purchasing ready-to-ship hair or a handcrafted wig from The Five-Minute Collection™, we're committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.

We operate on a NO REFUND and EXCHANGE ONLY policy. This applies as soon as you place an order with us.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. The estimated delivery time for your order is the combination of both.

Processing Times

Ready to Ship Products

This includes ready-to-ship wigs, pre-coloured and natural black bundles, closures, frontals and hair care products that are currently in stock.

Processing Time: 1–2 working days

Once dispatched, your chosen shipping method will apply.

The Five-Minute Collection™

Every wig in The Five-Minute Collection™ is handcrafted specifically for your order.

Each wig is individually constructed, inspected and styled before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Processing Time: 5–8 working days *pre-order*

During launches, promotional periods and peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Bespoke & Custom Wigs

Our custom wigs are individually created to your chosen specifications, including custom colouring, sizing and styling.

Processing Time: 5–10 working days - up to 14 days subject to extra customisations 

If your order requires additional time, we'll contact you via email with an update.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.

*Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You will also receive a text message and email directly from Royal Mail. (Please ensure your contact details are correct)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Wig Mania cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges will apply before the parcel can be resent.

Shipping Delays

Whilst we aim to dispatch every order within the stated processing times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• High order volumes
• Bank holidays
• Adverse weather conditions
• Royal Mail service disruptions
• Customs inspections (international orders)

If your order is significantly delayed, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or your tracking hasn't updated for several working days, please contact us at wigmaniauk@gmail.com with your order number.

We'll be happy to investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Need Your Hair for an Appointment?

If you're purchasing hair for a salon appointment or special event, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your booking.

As a guide:

• Ready to Ship Products: Order at least 7 working days before your appointment.
• The Five-Minute Collection™: Order at least 7-10 working before your appointment or event.
• Bespoke & Custom Wigs: We recommend ordering 10-14 days  in advance to allow for construction, quality checks and delivery.

Please note:

BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will result in your order being processed on Monday.
