Shipping policy
We operate on a NO REFUND and EXCHANGE ONLY policy. This applies as soon as you place an order with us.
You are free to exchange your item before it has been shipped within the 24 hours processing time period
To complete your exchange, we require an email with
- Full name and address
- Order number receipt or proof of purchase
- Tracking number of returned item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed.
All our deliveries are handled via Royal Mail and we provide a tracking service with all orders.
Please ensure you have entered correct shipping details as this cannot be altered once payment has proceeded. For any changes, email within 24 hours of placing your order.
However we are not responsible for any missed deliveries or if invalid shipping details have be provided.
Black Friday SHIPPING TIMES:
Please understand that Black Friday is an extremely busy time period and there are expected delays with couriers and an extended manufacturing and customisation time period for custom wigs
Allow an addition 10-15 workings for your order to be prepared and shipping due to the high demand
An email will be sent out as soon as your order has been shipped off

Standard International Shipping: 7-10 working days
Express International Shipping: 3-4 working days

Mandatory 7-10 working days needed for customisation
